What we don't do
- Medical treatment, nursing or medical advice
- Ask for, or handle, bank PINs, OTPs or passwords
- Keep cash or cards after a task is done
- Visit without your parent knowing we're coming
In an emergency, call 112 or 108 first. If an associate is there, they will stay with your parent and call you.
Questions families ask
Can I pay from outside India?
Yes. The payment link accepts UPI and cards, including international cards.
Which areas do you cover?
Agartala city for now. If your parents live just outside the city, message us and we'll tell you whether we can reach them.
How far ahead should I book?
At least 24 hours ahead is best. Same-day visits are sometimes possible; message us and we'll tell you.
My parents don't like strangers at home. What happens?
Our supervisor calls them before the first visit to introduce the associate, and we never turn up unannounced. If your parent isn't comfortable, the visit doesn't go ahead and you aren't charged.
Do you share my family's details with anyone?
No. Your associate sees only what they need for the visit. Read our privacy policy for the details.
